A beloved local classic (onde onde) turned into cake. This fragrant pandan chiffon cake is made with freshly extracted pandan juice, giving it a naturally vibrant green hue and an irresistible aroma.
Between each layer, we drizzle coconut flakes that coated with rich, caramel-like gula nisang for a deep, smoky sweetness that perfectly complements the pandan. It’s finished with a smooth, lightly whipped fresh cream and topped with shredded coconut, bringing all the familiar flavors of this timeless combination into every bite.
