From Desk Job to Dough Dreams
It all began with a simple realization: desk jobs were never the right fit for our founder, Ms. Hani. In 2017, she made the bold decision to leave behind a career in accounting and pursue her true passion—baking. What started as countless hours experimenting in the kitchen soon evolved into a dream of turning her love for food into something meaningful.
Mastering the Art of Baking
The founder’s baking journey began with formal training under a master chef at Le Cordon Bleu, a prestigious culinary school. Over the years, she attended numerous baking classes, continuously refining her craft and mastering new techniques. Even today, the founder remains dedicated to learning, ensuring that every recipe reaches perfection.

From fine-tuning recipes in the early days to managing manpower and planning for a central kitchen, every challenge has been a stepping stone. Through it all, the words of Ms. Hani's late father — “Don’t be a quitter; never do anything halfway.” have been a constant source of strength and inspiration.
