What’s the best way to store the cake?

Refrigerate Immediately: Keep the cake chilled at 0-4°C for at least 30 minutes after receiving it.
Avoid Freezing: Freezing can affect the cake’s texture and moisture.
Enjoy Fresh: For the best experience, consume your cake within 2 days.


Can I add a custom message to the cake?

Absolutely! We can write a short and sweet message directly on the cake (around 5-6 words). Need to say more? We’ve got you — just add a note to the order, and we’ll include a handwritten card for that extra personal touch.


Is your cake eggless?

Our Crunchy Cake Batik is completely eggless — so everyone can enjoy its rich, chocolatey layers without compromise.

Can I get my order today?

You sure can! This "Collection" is ready for same-day delivery. Just make sure to place your order before 2 PM, and we’ll have it on its way to you.


What payment methods can I use?

Pay your way! We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Online Banking (FPX), and eWallets to keep things quick and easy.


Can I order custom or big batches for an event?

What are my delivery options?

You’ve got two:
- In-store Pickup
- Klang Valley Delivery (by Lalamove)

SELF PICKUP

When will my order be ready for pickup?

You’ll get an email from us on your collection day letting you know it’s ready. If you don’t see it, no problem! Just drop by during your chosen time slot, and we’ll have everything waiting for you.


What if I can’t pick up my order during the time slot?

Once you receive the 'ready for pickup' email, you’re welcome to stop by anytime during our opening hours to grab your treats. We’ll have them ready for you!

How much is the delivery fee, and where do you deliver?

We deliver within a 50km radius of our HQ. Check out all the fee details here.


Can I pick a specific delivery time?

Yep! Choose a slot that works for you: 11am-1pm, 1-3pm, or 3-5pm. Just a heads-up — traffic might cause a slight delay, but we’ll do our best to stick to the plan!


Will my order arrive on time?

We aim to be punctual, but sometimes traffic has other ideas. If timing is super important, grab an earlier slot or swing by for self-pickup to be safe!


How can I track my delivery?

We’ll send you an email with the delivery details during your chosen slot. Just sit tight, and we’ll keep you in the loop!
