Between each layer, we drizzle rich, caramel-like gula nisang for a deep, smoky sweetness that perfectly complements the pandan. It’s finished with a smooth, lightly whipped buttercream and topped with shredded coconut, bringing all the familiar flavors of this timeless combination into every bite.
